5.投标截止时间和投标文件递交

https://www.fycbid.cn/fyc/fyc-statistics/home/6.1本项目开标时间、地点：****年9月9日**时**分**秒（北京时间）在福建省机电设备招标有限公司（福建省福州市鼓楼区洪山园路**号A座招标大厦4层本项目开标大厅）公开开标。开标时间到达后** 分钟内为各投标人解密网络上传的电子投标文件（tbf格式）的时间，各投标人须通过《福易采电子交易平台招标集团分区》，使用各自注册的企业账号登录系统，找到对应开标项目，插入本单位制作电子投标文件的CA电子数字证书对电子投标文件进行解密操作。交易平台已开发支持异地远程解密功能，投标人可以在异地（包括投标人所在单位，即无须在开标现场），按照操作流程实现远程网络解密；也可以持CA电子数字证书到招标代理机构开标场所，按照操作流程实现网络解密。（若发现无法自行解密的情况，请及时联系平台技术人员，咨询电话：4注册后查看***，QQ交流群（福易采电子交流群）：5注册后查看**）。
